In order to serve you better we need to know your professional and private phone number to reach you, and the approximate date at which you would like to move in your new residence.We also need to know your budget range to propose the best choice possible. Other relevant information you can provide if you whish:
The area in which you want to live. Do you prefer a more lively, urban type of neighbourhood; or do you favor a more residential and quiet area? Do you have kids and do you need to be near a school or have easy access to public transport...
Your preferences in style. Do you prefer an ancient, renovated place, or do you care for a modern or new residence.
The approximate number of people who will live with you. If you have children, it might be useful to communicate their age as some places might fit better for young kids, and the choices might be different if you have teenager living with you.
It is preferable to contact us by phone to synchronise our agendas.
Most of the visits are organised at business hours ( 9 Am to 5 Pm ) monday to friday, but we can also plan visits during lunchtime or evening, or on saturday.
We need to prepare the visit at least two days before the day of the appointment, as some estates are still occupied by the actual tenants.
We can pick you up at your place, hotel or office if you wish
