‘Quality and the use of beautiful materials create a truly rich feeling’ An apartment to come home to : The central entrance leads into a separate hallway with direct access to a large storage room, the lounge, a separate toilet and the sleeping area. Behind the storage room and bordering against the lounge is the kitchen. Both the kitchen and the lounge lead onto the large terrace at the front of the building. The sleeping area of the apartments consists of two bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet; the other bedroom has a separate bathroom with a shower. Most bedrooms also have direct access to the balconies at the back of the building. It goes without saying that the layout of the apartments can be adapted to better suit the client’s specific needs, in consultation with our interior designers and as long as the construction work has not progressed too far. For the finishing of the building and the living units, we aspire the highest quality standards. ‘There’s always sunshine on one of the large terraces…” The façade of the Royal Garden Mews will be covered with natural stone, while the back with an insulating plaster. The particularly large terraces, which are constructed in architectural concrete, will make for the unique feature in this project. The central entrance hall will hold an elevator and the staircase hall. The entrance hall and the elevator hall will have a stone and/ or marble floor. On the ground level, mailboxes, doorbell signs and a videophone will be nicely integrated within the overall concept. Near the entrance door to every apartment, there will be an inside station with a screen, speaker and microphone. In the apartments, a luxurious stone floor will be put into the kitchen, bathrooms, toilet and storage area. The floor in the lounge, bedrooms and hallway will be in stylish and durable semi-solid bleached oak parquet. All living units will be fitted with double and insulating glazing.
