Eurorent is specialized in rentals & sales of character and high standing estate (all price level). We try to offer the best quality of service combined with rapidity and therefore we have developped a reputation of effectiveness with owners as well with customers.

Our staff is multilingual (GB, NL, SP, D,...) and we have developped a functional web site updated on a daily base (www.eurorent.com) with a selection of our best estates (our data base has more than 10.000 estates). We try to offer to our owners the largest media coverage every week.

Our objective : the best deal for both parties, the owner and the customer.

We focus on quality service and the result of our work are often concluant within the first month of our intervention.

EURORENT FEES

There's no agency fee's for customers wanting to rent or to buy.
The owner's fee in case of residential rentals is 1 month rent + VAT.
The owner's fee in case of commercial rentals is 15% of a year rent + VAT.
The owner's fee in case of sales is 3% + VAT with a minimum of 4000 € + VAT.

The agency fee is due at the signature of a lease contract or a buying agreement.

We offer to owners exclusive or non exclusive service.
